Following a career spanning more than three decades in education and counselling, Heather joins our Calgary Home Watch team with a natural warmth, a thoughtful manner and an appreciation for the responsibility that comes with caring for someone's home.
Heather is completing her Home Watch training alongside Sandi and Dave, becoming familiar with our professional standards, established procedures and the individual characteristics of the homes we look after.
Her arrival reflects our considered approach to growth, allowing us to welcome more clients while preserving the personal attention that defines our service.

Sandi Bredy | Founder
With 40 years of executive-level experience, much of it working alongside senior leadership within Canada's oil and gas industry, Sandi has built her career on trusted relationships, discretion and the ability to navigate complex situations with care and sound judgement.
Her experience working with diverse stakeholders, anticipating needs and finding thoughtful solutions shaped the philosophy behind Acuity Advantage: that truly personal service begins with understanding the people you serve.
As Advisory Board Chair of the National Home Watch Association (NHWA) and a leader of its Canadian Home Watch Group (CHWG) initiatives, Sandi plays an active role in advancing professional standards, strengthening industry awareness and supporting the growth of professional Home Watch services across Canada. She brings that same commitment to quality, accountability and personal service to Acuity Advantage.
Dave Bredy | Operations Partner & Certified Home Watch Professional
With a background in business leadership and specialized training through the National Home Watch Association, Dave brings a measured, practical perspective to the care of our clients' homes.
He oversees daily operations, supports our professionals in the field and plays an important role in mentoring new team members. His steady approach and attention to detail help ensure that the standards established by Acuity Advantage are reflected in every visit.
Today, Dave plays an integral role in bringing Sandi's vision for Acuity Advantage to life, guiding daily operations and ensuring the care and consistency clients have come to expect.
